NATALIE KNOWLES focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate governance matters.
Natalie earned her J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School and a B.A. in economics from Brown University.
Prior to law school, Natalie worked as a project assistant in the Capital Markets group in Sidley’s New York office.
