Sidley Represents CDW in Its Acquisition of Data and AI Services Firm Lovelytics

Sidley is representing CDW (NASDAQ: CDW), a leading provider of information technology solutions, in its acquisition of Lovelytics, a data and AI services firm. The acquisition will expand CDW’s Data & Analytics Practice, and enhance its capabilities to help customers build data foundations, improve efficiency, and deploy AI.
