Andy J. Lau

ANDY LAU focuses his practice on advising public and private companies and investment funds on tax aspects of public and private mergers, and equity and asset acquisitions and dispositions. Andy also has broad experience in advising clients on tax aspects relating to structured finance, securitization, and fund formation.

Prior to joining Sidley, Andy was a tax associate at another global law firm in Philadelphia.

Andy holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University, where he served as the executive development editor of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transactional Law.
