Frances Lee

FRANCES LEE advises buy-side and sell-side clients on a range of derivatives and structured finance transactions, including interest rate, FX and commodity derivatives. Frances has experience acting for banks on complex hedging exposures and related derivatives documentation. Frances has also advised on securitisations and other asset-backed financings.

Frances is qualified in England and Wales and is also admitted in New South Wales, Australia. She holds a double degree in Commerce (Finance) and Law, with a major in quantitative finance and asset valuation.

• Advised a syndicate of hedging banks on derivatives issues in connection with complex utilities financing arrangements.
• Advised issuers on securitisations and other structured finance matters.
