Biography
LAURA LEE regularly advises clients on executive compensation matters in connection with corporate transactions. Her practice also includes advising both publicly and privately held companies in designing and establishing equity incentive plans and employment, severance, retention, change in control, and other compensation-related arrangements.
Prior to joining Sidley, Laura worked at another global law firm. She has experience representing clients in connection with executive compensation, employee benefits, and tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, restructurings, and other transactions.
While attending the University of Virginia School of Law, Laura served as an editor of the Virginia Tax Review.
Laura is fluent in Korean and Japanese.
