Biography
REBECCA LEWIS TIERNEY represents clients in a broad range of matters, including in complex commercial and securities and shareholder litigation. She advises clients regarding corporate governance, as well as in regulatory investigations and internal compliance matters, with a focus on derivatives markets.
Prior to joining Sidley, Rebecca served as counsel to a commissioner at the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). Prior to law school, Rebecca worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago as a financial markets analyst, where her work focused on derivatives regulation and financial market infrastructures.
