
Biography
JAKOB NÜETZEL advises German and international clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters. His practice focuses on the tax structuring of private equity and restructuring transactions, complex M&A deals, and the formation and operation of investment funds.
Jakob regularly supports clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, providing strategic tax guidance on structuring, negotiation, implementation, and post-closing considerations. He has particular experience navigating the tax aspects of multinational investment structures, co-investment and management participation programs, and distressed or special-situation transactions.
Jakob also counsels clients on ongoing tax compliance, risk management, and operational tax issues.
