DIANA OVSEPIAN is an associate in Sidley’s Century City office and member of the real estate practice. She focuses her practice on corporate transactional matters with an emphasis on hospitality and real estate-related transactions. Prior to joining Sidley, Diana was an associate at an international law firm and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Paul L. Abrams of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
Diana earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School, where she served as production editor and staff editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She received her B.A., cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in history and comparative literature from the University of California, Los Angeles. Diana holds a Certification in Hospitality and Tourism Law from American University, Washington College of Law. She is fluent in Armenian.
