DIANA OVSEPIAN is a senior managing associate in Sidley’s office in Century City and a member of the Hospitality and global Real Estate practices. She advises institutional investors, hedge funds, private equity firms, lenders, management companies, and other real estate investors in all facets of domestic and cross-border hotel transactions, including the development, acquisition, disposition, and financing of hotels, resorts, and other mixed-use projects.
Diana served as production editor and staff editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Paul L. Abrams of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. She received her B.A., cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, in history and comparative literature from the University of California, Los Angeles. Diana holds a Certification in Hospitality and Tourism Law from American University, Washington College of Law.
