SIMON PANITZ focuses his practice on a broad variety of finance transactions. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, working to support victims of intimate partner violence in filing for orders of protection.
Prior to joining the firm full time, Simon worked as a summer associate at Sidley and as a legal intern for the Legal Aid Society’s Juvenile Rights Practice. During his internship at the Legal Aid Society, he drafted petitions and motions for 1,028 proceedings and permanency hearings, appearing on the record in Bronx family court arraignments to secure favorable results for juvenile clients. Prior to law school, Simon was a paralegal at another global law firm.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, he served as an editor of the Fordham International Law Journal.
