
Biography
THOMAS POWER focuses his practice on the representation of sponsors, borrowers, investment funds, and financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions.
Prior to joining Sidley, Thomas was a policy analyst for the Canadian federal government, where he worked in anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing policy.
While attending McGill University, Thomas received the “Gerald S. Tritt, Q.C. Prize” for the student having the highest ranking in special contracts.
