HUGH REYNOLDS focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public and private securities offerings, and secondaries transactions.

- HarbourVest Partners L.P. in connection with its lead investment in a US$1.3 billion single-asset continuation vehicle sponsored by Parthenon Capital Partners.
- CDW Corporation in the issuance of US$1.5 billion in aggregate principal amount of senior notes consisting of US$600 million of 5.700% senior notes due 2029, US$500 million of 6.100% senior notes due 2032, and US$400 million of 6.350% senior notes due 2033.
