HUGH REYNOLDS focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, public and private securities offerings, and secondaries transactions.
While attending Harvard Law School, Hugh served as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law.
