Patrick Selinger

PATRICK SELINGER advises private equity firms, infrastructure investors, developers, and strategic companies on acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and other transactions involving energy and infrastructure assets. His practice spans renewable energy, conventional power, transportation, utilities, and other infrastructure sectors, where he counsels clients on investments throughout the full asset lifecycle.

Patrick regularly represents clients in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, project development, project financings, and public-private partnerships. He has extensive experience with transactions involving operating platforms, development-stage projects, and large infrastructure portfolios. He also advises clients on joint venture structures, governance matters, and a broad range of commercial agreements.
