FRANCIS TANG works across a wide range of structured finance transactions and asset classes, including RMBS, CMBS, CLOs, trade receivables, securitized funds financing, EU/UK regulatory advice, and esoteric assets. In addition, he has also trained in the New York and Hong Kong offices of a Magic Circle firm and worked on structured finance transactions in these respective jurisdictions, including SRT trades, CFOs, and infrastructure CLOs.

- A major bank on a novel UK/EU securitization-compliant capital call facility.
- A major bank on loan facilities for various CLOs.
- An arranger consortium on an infrastructure CLO.
- A number of major banks on structured trade receivables transactions as lender counsel, including transactions intentionally structured as non-securitization transactions.
- A private credit borrower on securitization/speciality lending regulations on a facility backed by aircraft loans.
- A specialist fund on a credit card receivables securitization in an emerging markets jurisdiction.
- A major trade association on a recent market consultation of proposed changes to the EU Securitisation Regulation.
