HELEN THEUNG represents clients in securities offerings and corporate governance matters, including private company financings, public offerings, general corporate advising, and SEC reporting and compliance. Helen’s representative clients include private and public companies in the life sciences, healthcare, and technology industries.
Helen earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she was an editor for the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal and member of the Hastings Negotiation and Mediation Team. While in law school, Helen also served as an extern for The Honorable Judge Susan Y. Illston at the U.S. District Court, Northern District of California, and The Honorable Justice Martin J. Jenkins at the California Court of Appeals, 1st District. Helen graduated with a B.A. in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Helen serves as the associate deputy Palo Alto chair of the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.
