HELEN THEUNG represents public and private companies in a broad range of merger and acquisition transactions, securities offerings and corporate governance matters, often in the life sciences and technology industries. Helen co-authored an article in the Stanford Technology Law Review on emerging stem cell technology and its effects on property law.
Helen earned her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law where she was an editor for the Hastings Science and Technology Law Journal and member of the Hastings Negotiation and Mediation Team. Helen graduated with a B.A. in Law and Society from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
