Kyle P. Tillotson

KYLE TILLOTSON focuses his practice on handling regulatory and transactional matters for insured depository institutions and their holding companies, FinTech firms, payment processors and systems, money transmitters, virtual currency and other digital asset businesses, and technology and service providers working with financial institutions.

Kyle graduated with his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and was elected to the Order of the Coif. Kyle holds a B.S.F.S. from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
