Biography
SYDNEY VOLANSKI represents clients in government-facing civil litigation and commercial litigation in highly regulated industries. Sydney also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on First Amendment law and representing individuals subject to government enforcement actions.
Prior to rejoining the firm, Sydney served as Associate Counsel in the Office of White House Counsel, where her portfolio included national security, technology, AI, FTC, FCC, and GSA. She also clerked for The Honorable Ryan T. Holte of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims before entering private practice.
Sydney received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and obtained her undergraduate degree in computer science and engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Prior to attending law school, Sydney taught coding to grade school students.
