
Biography
EMMA WILFONG focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining Sidley, Emma graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School, where she served as the editor-in-chief of the Michigan Journal of International Law. In recognition for her work for the journal, she received the "Eric and Virginia Stein Award" in 2025. Emma also served as a Geneva Internal Fellow which allowed her to spend a semester interning at the World Intellectual Property Organization in Geneva, Switzerland. Prior to attending law school, Emma earned a B.S. in chemistry with a concentration in medicinal chemistry and a B.S. in public health sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
