Biography
KEN YE’s practice focuses on capital market transactions, including debt and equity offerings. He has experience across a wide range of sectors, including technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), real estate, automotive, life sciences, banking and finance, energy and natural resources, education, insurance, and consumer products. He is also experienced in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, debt consent and restructuring, and other general corporate matters.
Ken is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
