Ellen Pesch Speaks at PLI’s Understanding Financial Products 2023 Program

Ellen Pesch, co-leader of the OTC Derivatives industry group at Sidley, will be speaking with a panel on “Financial Product Fundamentals” at the Practising Law Institute’s Understanding Financial Products 2023 program on January 18, 2023 in New York.
The comprehensive program provides an in-depth introduction to financial products, and covers the varying kinds of financial products, their structures and uses, impacts of recent regulatory and legislative developments, and related ESG and ethics topics. Notably, this year’s program will feature a fireside chat with the Commissioner of the CFTC, Commissioner Kristin N. Johnson, on January 19.
