Sidley partner Stephen Cohen will speak at an upcoming conference on Hot Trends in DOJ/SEC Enforcement and Litigation organized by Sandpiper Partners LLC. The Conference offers a comprehensive update on recent regulatory and enforcement developments at the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC), and it will feature a fireside chat with several prominent government officials, including US Attorney for the Southern District of Florida Markenzy Lapointe, SEC Director Eric I. Bustillo in the Miami Regional Office, and FBI Special Agent in Charge (Cybersecurity & Crypto Assets) Jeffrey B. Veltri.
