Simona Suh Speaks at PLI Seminar on “Audit Committees, Special Committees, and Internal Investigations 2025”

Simona Suh, counsel in the Securities Enforcement and Regulatory group at Sidley, will speak at the Practising Law Institute’s (PLI’s) seminar on “Audit Committees, Special Committees, and Internal Investigations 2025” on January 9, 2025. Simona, who is a frequent speaker at PLI’s seminars and webinars, will participate in a panel on “Best Practices for Liaising with Regulators and Auditors During an Internal Investigation.” Using a real-world case study, this presentation will discuss best practices within the internal investigation for how to liaise with regulators and outside auditors.
