Adam Runcorn Named a “Private Equity Rising Star” by Law.com International

Law.com International has named London-based partner Adam Runcorn to its list of “Private Equity Rising Stars: The Best Up-and-Coming Lawyers in the UK and Europe” 2023. It is Adam’s second consecutive appearance in the list. The annual list highlights lawyers under the age of 40 who have done exceptional work within the broader private equity sphere. Winners were identified based on the quality of their client base; the scale, significance, and complexity of their deals; their client feedback and general market reputation; the standing of their mentor; and other examples of career success and innovation.

Adam focuses on advising European and international private equity sponsors and other financial institutions on cross-border corporate and M&A transactions, including leveraged buyouts, strategic mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, structured and minority equity investments, equity and debt restructurings, and management equity plans, as well as related advisory work.
