Sidley Represents GE HealthCare in Its US$945 Million Acquisition of SOFIE Biosciences

Sidley is representing GE HealthCare (Nasdaq: GEHC) in its US$945 million acquisition of radiopharmaceutical company SOFIE Biosciences. With SOFIE Biosciences’ U.S. network of 15 Contract Manufacturing Organization sites and a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization site, this acquisition will broaden GE HealthCare’s footprint in the U.S. radiopharmaceutical industry.
