Axel Miranda Named to the American Bar Association’s 2024 “On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers” List

The American Bar Association (ABA) has named Axel Miranda to the 2024 “On the Rise – Top 40 Young Lawyers” list. The annual awards program honors ABA young lawyer members for their broad range of achievement, innovation, vision, leadership, and legal and community service.

Axel represents clients on domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, private offerings, and private equity and venture capital fund formation and investments. He has extensive experience in general corporate law and corporate governance, advising on a range of complex cross-border transactions involving countries in North, Central, and South America, Europe, and Asia. Axel regularly assists corporations and venture capital funds in financings, strategic investments, and cross-border licensing and technology transactions. He also represents domestic and multinational clients on investments in, and acquisitions of, major professional sports teams in the United States and abroad. From the outset of his career, Axel has maintained a keen focus on pro bono work, dedicating more than 100 hours to pro bono causes each year.
