Sidley Represents Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and Chelsea Football Club in Ownership Transition

Sidley is representing Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. and Chelsea Football Club in the acquisition of the ownership interest of Todd Boehly by Clearlake. As part of the transaction, Clearlake will also acquire Mark Walter’s ownership interest and therefore acquire full control of the Club. Hansjörg Wyss will remain an important stakeholder and partner in the Chelsea ownership group.
