Sidley advised Voia Inc., a developer of AI-based technology to enable users to produce high-quality videos on mobile devices, in its pre-seed funding from undisclosed investors.
Headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, Voia builds tools to produce immersive videos on mobile devices, with breakthrough technology that allows creators to produce stunning videos staged inside virtual 3D worlds, without expensive studio equipment or professional skills.
The Sidley team was led by Dr. Idan Netser, Graeme R. Waller, and Shaika Ahmed (all Emerging Companies and Venture Capital).
