Sidley Represents Wren House in Joint Venture and Acquisition of Interest in SeaCube Containers

Sidley is representing Wren House in its acquisition of a stake in SeaCube Containers. SeaCube Containers leases, finances, buys, sells, and manages intermodal equipment which enables the efficient movement of goods throughout the world via ship, rail, and road.
