Sidley Represents Wren House in Joint Venture and Acquisition of Interest in SeaCube Containers

Sidley is representing Wren House in its acquisition of a stake in SeaCube Containers. SeaCube Containers leases, finances, buys, sells, and manages intermodal equipment which enables the efficient movement of goods throughout the world via ship, rail, and road.
The Sidley team is led by Cliff Vrielink (Energy and Infrastructure), Christopher Barbuto (M&A), Angela Fontana (Global Finance), Sean Damm (Global Finance), and Samantha Seley (Energy and Infrastructure).
