Sidley Represents IRA Capital in the Acquisition of San Clemente Villas by the Sea Senior Living Property

Sidley represented IRA Capital in connection with the US$41 million acquisition of San Clemente Villas by the Sea, a 140-unit assisted living and memory care community in Orange County, California. IRA and its institutional joint-venture partner completed the all-cash acquisition with plans to invest additional capital to upgrade the interior and exterior of the community, supporting IRA’s commitment to the living quality of the elderly community in Southern California.
The team was led by Keith Hayden Del Prete and Jonathan Koh (Real Estate), with assistance from Richard M. Silverman (Tax) and Natasha Gunasekara Garber (Real Estate).
