Sidley Represents Stockholders of Intapp, Inc. in Secondary Offering of Common Stock

Sidley represented Great Hill Equity Partners IV, L.P. and Great Hill Investors, stockholders of Intapp, Inc. (NASDAQ: INTA), in connection with a US$195 million secondary offering (block trade) of INTA’s common stock. Intapp provides cloud software solutions that address the unique operating challenges and regulatory requirements of the global professional and financial services industry. 

The deal team was led by David Ni (Capital Markets) and Alex Temel (M&A and Private Equity), and included LinLin Teng (M&A and Private Equity) and Chloe Marks (Capital Markets). Katie Klaben, Benjamin Nager, Daniel Atchue (Securities Enforcement and Regulatory), and Ara Lee (Food, Drug and Medical Device) also assisted on the deal.
