Sidley Advises Mobile-Health Network Solutions on Its IPO and Listing on NASDAQ

Sidley represents Mobile-health Network Solutions (NASDAQ: MNDR) (MNDR) in its initial public offering (IPO) and listing of its Class A ordinary shares on the NASDAQ Stock Market LLC. Network 1 Financial Securities, Inc. acts as the sole book-running manager for the IPO.

MNDR, a leading telehealth solutions provider in Singapore, is ranked by the Financial Times #41 of 500 High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2024. MNDR operates the MaNaDr platform, which provides personalized medical services to users worldwide as well as healthcare providers, offering them a broader reach to users through virtual clinics without any start-up costs and the ability to connect to a global network of peer-to-peer support groups and partners.
