Sidley acted as international counsel to the underwriters, Axis Capital, Jefferies, and SBI Capital, in connection with the US$2.15 billion follow-on public offering of equity shares of Vodafone Idea Limited, India’s third-largest telecommunications service provider.
This marks India’s largest-ever follow-on public offering of equity shares.
