Sidley Advises KKR’s Global Impact Fund on Its Investment in PHINMA Education

Sidley is representing KKR’s Global Impact Fund in connection with its proposed investment into PHINMA Education Holdings, Inc., one of the largest private higher education groups in Southeast Asia, serving students through colleges and universities in the Philippines and Indonesia.

This transaction follows KKR Global Impact Fund’s investment in EQuest Education Group, a K-12 education business in Vietnam, on which Sidley also advised.

Parthiv Rishi led the Sidley team, which included Eldon Chan and Sarangan Rajesh Kumar with support from Shu Min Ho and Sam Johnson (all in Singapore) and Patrick J. Harrison and Laurenz Bové (both in London).
