Sidley Represents Apex Waste Solutions in Its Acquisitions of Waste Management Operating Sites

Sidley is representing Apex Waste Solutions, a portfolio company of Kinderhook Industries, LLC, in its acquisitions and related financings of Colorado-based waste management operating sites Twin Enviro Services and certain assets of WM of Colorado, Inc. Apex joined Kinderhook in November 2023; this marks their third and fourth acquisitions since partnering with Kinderhook.
