Sidley Represents Admiral Group in Sale of U.S. Operations to J.C. Flowers

Sidley is representing Admiral Group in the cash sale of its U.S. operations to J.C. Flowers.

The sale includes Virginia-based Elephant, comprising Elephant Insurance Company and Elephant Insurance Services. Admiral Group is a leading, UK-based insurance and financial services company. New York-based J.C. Flowers is a global private investment firm.
