Sidley represented Nourish, a telenutrition platform that connects people to registered dietitians covered by insurance, in its US$70 million Series B funding round led by J.P. Morgan Growth Equity Partners with participation from Thrive Capital, Index Ventures, Y Combinator, Maverick Ventures, BoxGroup, Atomico, G Squared, and Pinegrove.
