Sidley Represents J.S. Held in Its Acquisition of MorrisAnderson

Sidley represented global consulting firm J.S. Held LLC in its acquisition of MorrisAnderson, a market-leading restructuring firm based in Chicago. The acquisition expands the firm’s offering to its clients in turnaround and restructuring, bankruptcy, transaction, and dispute advisory services.
