Danielle N. Sismour

DANIELLE SISMOUR is a senior managing associate in the Chicago office and a member of the firm’s Corporate group. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of buyers and sellers in complex business transactions, such as mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and corporate governance matters.

Danielle received her J.D. from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law, where she graduated magna cum laude and served as an associate editor of the Drexel Law Review. Danielle received her undergraduate degree from Duquesne University.
