Sidley represented New Catalyst Strategic Partners in connection with its new strategic partnership with Ferghana Investment Partners LP, a hybrid capital firm providing flexible capital solutions to middle-market businesses. New Catalyst’s experience partnering with Next Generation emerging managers will provide Ferghana with significant capital and strategic support to accelerate the growth and scaling of its newly launched hybrid capital platform.

Through the collaboration, Ferghana will access New Catalyst’s seasoned private markets professionals and operating partners, supporting capital formation, business development, and human capital strategy.
