Biography
LEILA MALEK focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. She has experience advising public and private companies and financial sponsors across a range of sectors in mergers, equity and asset acquisitions and divestitures, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, and other corporate and governance matters. Prior to joining Sidley, Leila worked as an associate at another global law firm where she advised clients on similar transactions.
