Sidley Represents Diversis Capital in Its Acquisition of LTi Technology Solutions

Sidley represented Diversis Capital, a private equity firm focused on high-growth software and technology companies, in its acquisition of LTi Technology Solutions, a leading provider of equipment finance software. LTi Technology Solutions has more than three decades of experience developing technology that supports the equipment finance sector.
