Sidley Represents Mas Restaurant Group in Sale of 43 Taco Bell Locations in Ohio

Sidley represented Mas Restaurant Group (MRG), a franchisee of Taco Bell restaurants in the Houston, Texas and Columbus, Ohio metropolitan areas, in the sale of its 43 Ohio locations to Southpaw. MRG is backed by Bessemer Investors, LLC, a New York-based investment firm. Earlier this month MRG announced the sale of 44 Taco Bell locations in Houston, Texas to Ghai Restaurant Group.
