David Hoff

DAVID HOFF focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, including private equity transactions, capital markets, corporate governance, and shareholder activism.

Prior to joining Sidley, David worked as a director at an artificial intelligence and cybersecurity company, where he oversaw product strategy and communications in the run-up to its IPO.

While attending New York University School of Law, David served as a staff editor of the Journal of Law & Business.
