- Welltower Inc., a leading real estate investment trust, on multiple UK investments, including the Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) investigation of Welltower’s 2025 acquisitions of care homes operated by Barchester Healthcare, Aria Care, Danforth Care, and HC-One.
