BRYONY BIRD focuses her practice on leveraged finance matters. She is highly experienced in acting for lenders and borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions involving Jersey vehicles, including leveraged and acquisition finance, high yield and convertible bonds, and securitizations. Bryony’s experience also includes advising on distressed structures and enforcement processes.
Bryony has acted for a range of clients including global financial institutions and leading private equity firms.
