Biography
ERIC CARLSON focuses his practice on structured notes, representing a major multinational investment bank.
Prior to joining Sidley, Eric was a legal intern for a major transportation system in New York, focusing on outside contracting in the construction and development space. He also served as an analyst at a financial services company in the investment banking space.
While attending Fordham University School of Law, Eric served as a staff member of the Urban Law Journal and was a member of OUTLaws.
