George Chen

GEORGE CHEN focuses his practice on tax matters.

George earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he received the “Olin Writing Prize.” He also earned his LLM, with distinction, from the University of Cambridge, where he received the “BRD Clarke Prize” for ranking first in his year.

Prior to joining Sidley, George was a Public Interest Law Initiative Fellow with the Chicago Appleseed Center for Fair Courts. George received his B.B.A, with high distinction, from the University of Toronto.
