Biography
NATHAN CLAR focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, reinsurance, private equity investments, and capital markets.
Nathan received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School. While in law school, Nathan served as a member of the Law School Student Senate Budget Committee and was a student attorney for the Michigan Law Zell Entrepreneurship Clinic.
Prior to joining Sidley, Nathan worked as a law student intern at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and was a Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI) Graduate Fellow at Loyola Law School’s Business Law Clinic.
Nathan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in philosophy and history.
