Sidley Represents Stone Point Capital in Acquisition of Ever.Ag’s Risk Management Business

Sidley represented Stone Point Capital in its acquisition of the risk management business of global agri-food technology leader Ever.Ag. Ever.Ag’s Risk Management business provides agricultural producers, processors, cooperatives, manufacturers, and other businesses with integrated insurance, advisory, and derivatives brokerage services to manage commodity risk. Following the close of the transaction, Ever.Ag’s Risk Management business will operate as an independent company under the leadership of its current management team and will transition to a new brand.
